Welcome to Loaded, a Gastro Pub located at Cartlandia off 82nd Avenue in Portland, Oregon.

Loaded was founded by renowned executive chef James Delong. With a culinary career spanning two decades, James has cooked in some of the best restaurants in the Portland Metro Area; including, the Monarch Hotel, Newport Bay, Stanfords, the Thirsty Lion, and Jakes Famous Grill.

A graduate of Western Culinary Institute, cooking is James' passion, and his desire to spread his wings and showcase his vast culinary skills with an establishment of his own is a dream come true.

James wanted to bring high-quality Gastro Pub-inspired food and transform it into a casual, friendly environment without the pretense associated with such fare. Community, good vibes, and delicious food is the cornerstone of Loaded.

All food is scratch-made and to order, ensuring a gratifying experience and flavor explosion.
